Agriculture and certifications The wine-making process is based on the Alsatian tradition: reduced space between vines, ground cover and ploughs follow biological and biodynamic principles. As a member of the Vignes vivantes Association (Living Vines Association), we consider life's soil as the most precious element of the land. (For more information about biodynamic agriculture please visit www.eco-bacchus.com). Our activity is verified by ECOCERT sas BP47 32600 l'Isle Jourdain FR-BIO-01 which allows us to stamp the AB label or affix the biodynamic mention on our bottles when needed. DEMETER FRANCE located in Colmar certifies biodynamic agriculture. On the picture, Grandmother Barbara Fuchs is blessed by the grapes of Pinot Noir. |
