Wines With their 25 acre of land located on perfect exposures in 6 different villages (four of which are Grand Cru appellation), Christian and José H. elaborate traditional Alsatian variety of grapes: Sylvaner Pinot Blanc Riesling Muscat Pinot Gris Gewurztraminer Pinot Noir for red wines Vendanges Tardives (Late Harvest) and Sélections de Grains Nobles (Noble Rot) We consider that each vineyard is unique. Indeed, it has its own personality and deserves to be processed separately year after year. That is why each label bears specific information on the variety such as the location of the production, the history of the grape, and also geological and pedological explanations. We use the méthode champenoise for the making of our Crémant d'Alsace with Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay for the Blanc de Blancs and Pinot Noir for special vintages and Rosé. Using our old family still, we also distill the fruits of our orchards to produce brandies and special Alsatian brandies such as the Marc de Gewürztraminer. Homemade honey is also on sale. |
